Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of postmyreels.com and the PostMyReels service. PostMyReels is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), as part of the KissMySkills studio. By placing an order, starting a subscription or requesting a free trial video, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you", "the client").

1. What we do

PostMyReels is a done-for-you service. We create short vertical videos and, depending on your plan, photo posts and carousels for your business, and we schedule and post approved content to your connected social media accounts.

We do not:

  • reply to comments or direct messages on your behalf;
  • run, manage or pay for paid advertising;
  • guarantee any number of views, followers, leads or sales.

2. Plans and packs

Monthly plans

  • Just Show Up: 12 videos per month, posted to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Autopilot: 30 videos and 8 carousels per month, posted to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Full Presence: 30 videos per month (including 10 with voiceover), 16 photo posts or carousels, posted to 4 platforms, with a performance report every 2 weeks.

Monthly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month until you cancel (see section 4).

One-time video packs

Packs of 3, 10 or 30 videos are a single payment. A pack is valid for 60 days from payment and includes scheduled posting. Videos not used within 60 days expire.

Free trial video

Each business can receive one free trial video. Trial videos are available only in the Bold Text, Product Showcase or Promo Flash styles, have no voiceover, include no revisions, and are delivered in 720p with a small @postmyreels watermark. After any purchase, we provide a clean 1080p file without the watermark. We do not post the trial video to your accounts before you purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on our website. We are running a limited pricing test, so the prices shown may differ between visitors. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Payment Links or Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Because PostMyReels is run by the KissMySkills studio, card statements show "KMS* POSTMYREELS". Some non-card payment methods may show "KISSMYSKILLS". If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email us before contacting your bank.

OWNER REVIEW: Confirm whether sales tax / VAT is added at checkout (Stripe Tax) or included in the listed price.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your billing link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Our first-purchase guarantee, partial refund rules and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Approval and posting

Nothing is posted without your approval. We send content in weekly batches that you can approve on one screen.

Videos that are unused or not approved in a given month carry over to the next month only. After that, they expire.

6. Connecting your accounts

We post through a third-party posting partner (Upload-Post). You connect your social accounts through a secure authorisation link provided by that partner. We will never ask for your social media passwords. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the platform or by asking us.

We are not responsible for actions taken by social platforms, including account restrictions, content removal, reduced reach or other sanctions, or for outages, API changes and rate limits of the platforms or of our posting partner.

7. Your responsibilities

By sending us materials and approving content, you confirm that:

  • you own or have permission to use all logos, photos, videos, trademarks, music and other materials you provide;
  • all claims about your products, services, prices and offers are true and not misleading;
  • your content and accounts follow the rules of each social platform and applicable advertising and consumer laws.

Dental, med spa and similar clients: you are solely responsible for obtaining written patient consent for any patient photos, including before-and-after images. We do not make claims about treatment outcomes, and we may edit or decline content that does.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supplied or claims you asked us to make.

8. Restricted businesses

We do not work with businesses in the following areas: weapons; tobacco, vapes and related products; gambling; adult content; promises of medical or health outcomes; financial schemes such as get-rich-quick offers. We may decline or stop any project we believe breaks these rules or platform policies. If we stop a project for this reason after payment, we will refund any unused portion.

OWNER REVIEW: Confirm the refund wording for projects stopped because of a restricted niche discovered after payment.

9. Ownership and portfolio use

Once paid in full, you own the final videos and posts we deliver to you, and you may use them anywhere. We keep all rights to our templates, styles, code, workflows and tooling.

We may show your videos in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we do not, email us and we will stop using them going forward.

10. Use of AI

Scripts, motion design and voiceovers are produced with the help of AI tools and are checked by a human before you see them. Where a platform requires it, for example for synthetic voices, we enable the platform's AI-generated content label.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or loss of followers or reach.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. For active subscriptions, material changes apply from your next billing month.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
